Custom Contact Forms: Form Not Displaying

  • I just realized a contact form on a website I help maintain is not displaying.

    In place of the form what shows is the short code…

    I then went to the plugin page and found this…
    Note: Version 6.0 breaks backwards compatibility. You will need to perform a database update after upgrading from anything pre 6.0. You may also need to reconfigure some of your forms.

    We are running version 6.8 of the plugin.

    I don’t know how to perform the database update.

    Can anyone please direct me to some instructions?

  • I had the same problem.

    It looks as if the shortcode method doesn’t work any more.

    If you go into ‘widgets’, you’ll see a CCF widget in there – drag it to where you want it.

    If you just want it on a page – I have no idea how to do that (apart from adding a ‘widgets on pages’ plugin.
