    Hi,
    It seems that after the last WC update, the custom content I have added in some WC templates is doubling up in the email that the client receives. When I do a test send all is fine. But when I receive the email from WC after making a purchase, the content is doubled up.

    Can you send a screenshot of this? What emails is this happening with? Have you tried deactivating plugins?

    Thanks for the response. Apologies, I should have added feedback to this topic.

    This actually doesn’t seem to be a bug. WC adds the BACS Instruction & Banking information into the email (On Hold Email), so it appeared to be doubling up the information, but it was only because I had added my own custom BACS instruction & banking details into the email through your plugin.

    I’ve now managed to hide/remove the WC BACS instruction in the Email, but have yet to find a way to hide/remove the actual banking information from the email(s). Any ideas?

    If that is the payment gateway for the order woocommerce core adds it directly. That isn’t something our plugin controls.

    Hi,
    Yes, that is correct. I just can’t find any way of removing/disabling that.
    Would be cool if it was something one could select/set in the email customizer plugin though.

    Thanks for your request, that is not in the plans or scope of what this plugin is designed to do.
