Custom Content Type Manager – print_custom_field is getting Fatal Error

I am working in an older theme called “Karma”. When I try to use the CCTM plugin and create custom post type called “mybusiness_directory”, I created a single page just like it tells me to do and called it “single-mybusiness_directory.php” and placed the print_custom_fields in there and on the first field I am receiving an error “Fatal error: Call to undefined function print_custom_field() in home/….”. This is happening on the first field it tries to print. I am stumped. I can’t find anything on a fatal error with a custom field so it makes me think I may have done something wrong.
