• I’ve created Custom conversion in FB but they stop running when I activate pixel caffeine. Here are my custom conversion settings: https://prntscr.com/h8grk8

I ended up adding all possible fields to make the custom conversion pixel fire but it doesn’t. Here are some settings I’ve made: https://prntscr.com/h8gs1w and https://prntscr.com/h8gsg5

I’m getting these errors from Facebook: https://prntscr.com/h8gsve and https://prntscr.com/h8gus9
These show that the Pixel Caffeine plugin isn’t doing Advanced Matching. Secondly, it is also not passing all the variables for Advanced matching.

I haven’t a single sale today but look at what my pixel is doing: https://prntscr.com/h8gt7t

Look at all these Add to Carts: https://prntscr.com/h8gtv5
The Add To Cart event should only fire from https://biohomepk.com/cart/

Another reason why I think custom conversions are not firing is because it is not passing the product category variables.

Please guide me as to what changes I need to make. Also, can you please do a training showing all the features and how to use them in FB. I really don’t understand the conversions/events tab and Advanced matching. How do I get these 2 things to work properly?

Also, the plugin isn’t passing the data for the conversion value.

    Hi,

it’s not very clear to me the thing about the custom conversion from facebook. Where do you create it?

    Keep in mind that:
    1) the custom conversions event fro your e-commerce are automatically managed by Pixel Caffeine if you have WooCommerce installed. So, you don’t need to do anything on facebook account or on your website to make it work. Just, active the third box of General Settings (the box about the e-commerce feature) and it will fire the pixel automatically.
    2) The Conversions/Events tab gives you the ability to add some custom events you need. So, for example, whatever event to fire when you click a particular link in the page or when you visit a specific page, or when you trigger a click in any element of the page.

Also, I don’t see Pixel Caffeine working on your website. I see many hard-coded facebook pixel events in your source code, but anything regarding Pixel Caffeine.

Finally, please read this topic before to continue to investigate about your problem and give next reply to me: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/before-posting-to-read-before-posting-a-topic/.

    Thanks.
