Custom CPT UI published post not showing and says 404

    Hi,
    I have a client that uses your plugin. Upon checking the issue, it seems when adding a new post to the custom post type created in CPT UI, once the new post is published and view the link, it says 404. editing the post in dashboard, if we set it to draft and preview it works perfectly fine. however if post is published the url and link says 404.

    Do you have an example permalink that we could check on and see what may be going on?

    Just in case, have you tried flushing permalinks by visiting the Permalinks settings page and then refreshing the post in question?
