Custom CSS and Link to Individual not working

Thanks so much for the newest update! Just a couple of questions/glitches I’ve discovered:
1. The new version will not read any of my custom CSS that I had added. It was working with the last version, but now it completely overrides it.
2. Every link to an individual returns a 404 error.

Any ideas?
