Custom CSS directives simply ignored

    I’m using this plug-in and trying to customize fonts style/weight and size but cannot figure out how to do it.
    I gave it a try by copying and changing resulting CSS after saving the settings from the admin page into theme custom CSS but simply ignored.
    Can you please let me know what’s right way to customize?

    We have provided “Custom Styles” setting field to apply custom CSS to slider. Please put your CSS code into Smooth Slider => Settings => Basic Settings => Miscellaneous => Custom Styles and save changes.
