Custom CSS for new audio player

Your entire domain is displaying a “coming soon” page with an e-mail signup. No way for us to look at the player in this state.

I’m working on a relaunch, so the site is not available to the public yet. I had left it live for a few days in case Angelo would have time to look, but a few clients saw it and started messaging me about the offerings there, so I had to put the Coming Soon page back up.

Perhaps we could coordinate a time? Or, since it’s the new Blurberry player (https://www.evernote.com/shard/s502/sh/d8c9381e-f222-4027-a133-c8dfe615f2fa/e95c3c62db28eae6293d576d184d0939 for reference), perhaps I could just get the correct classes to change the background colors of orange and blue?

The colors within the Blubrry player are not customizable. We picked each color based on material design colors that have good contrast for accessibility. The specific buttons themselves use the color codes of the respective properties. The RSS orange for example is the official RSS orange color.

You do not have to use the official Blubrry player. You are welcome to use the mediaelement.js player which uses the dark black colors. The player is customizable within your theme, you can customize it exactly how you would for the player in WordPress itself (since that’s the player we are using).

Just an update, we are working on possible color changes in the next major release of the player. Please contact me angelo [at] blubrry dot com so I can add you to the list when it is available.
