    It’s possible to put inline CSS statements in an element.

    But looking for the use of the theme CSS in the template, and custom CSS within <style> statements.

    So:
    1) Do templates use theme CSS?
    2) How do I use CSS via a <style> element?

    No, Email Subscribers’ templates are independent of theme’s CSS.

    > 2) How do I use CSS via a <style> element?
    I just tried and it is not working. However, we like the idea and forwarded it to our Product Management team to consider it as a feature request.
