Custom CSS issue in menu

Hi Team,

Facing a bit of issue with custom CSS for Menu bar.
The custom CSS for menu breaks completely while loading, seems like there is a delay in applying the custom CSS.
I have tried disabling cache plugin as well, but still observing the same issue.

Custom CSS code :-

    font-size:20px;
}
