Custom CSS not being applied to Child Theme

  • I have a site hosted locally using MAMP. I can’t figure out why my site is not using my custom css markup located under wp-content > themes > customizr-child > style.css.

    Another issue – in my dashboard, my media, menus, and specifications have been deleted. I have done nothing to alter my settings. Any direction on how to address these issues would be great as I am completely stumped.
