Thank You for posting your question. Sorry but on that type which You are using there is no way to put title and play icon. That type doesn’t support that option.

You can check other type of sliders in our plugin. We have there 10 different types for making video slider. Maybe you can find anything like you want. For example, Timeline Slider and Simple Slider types have icons and title fields.
