Custom CSS to hide arrows and reduce font not working on mobile

Hello,

On mobile device 320, I’ve added the appropriate CSS to reduce the font and hide the arrows. When I reduce the screen on desktop it works, however, it doesn’t work on the actual mobile device. We have all cleared our browser cache on Android and iPhone and the CSS will not adhere to the code.

Any way to make this work?
