Custom Delivery limit to zone

Having issues with the pro version limiting a delivery slot to a zone.

Have 12 zones set up in shipping based on postcodes manually entered.

When I select the disable to zone these zones do not display but it list a few of the 100s of postcodes I have in the system. Can I not select by zones I dont want or want here?

(Ideally I would like the opporsite as to enable a time slot for a set number of zones but I cant select or deslect any)

Secondly the postcode disabling of a time works in fashion but have issues if the user removes the space (so RG12 2GH limits it but if they enter RG122GH they can select slot)
