Custom Designed Theme Trouble

  • I am very new to wordpress. I had this account created by a web designer who designed our custom website.

    I was trying to add facebook/ twitter icons to our homepage & I think I accidently deleted my navigation menu. It was a custom design, is there anyway to recover this?

    I now do not have any navigation menu on my homepage. I tried to create one using “custom menu” but have been unsuccessful. Please help!
