Custom donor e-mail

Hi all.

I have a problem with a mail send to donor, after donation.
I customized my email, with logo, footer and other, but I do not understand how to remove the email header.

I can change it, but if I leave the field blank, the default headers (Offline donation for example) appears.

Can you help me?
