custom drop-down menus

  • hi.can this plugin create a form where some fields are custom drop-down menus with values i can add delete or edit anytime easily?

    for example
    Name – textbox
    Occupation -drowpdown list of some occupations i want to have

    and also can each form send its information to a specific email/emails?
