Custom e-mail only to customer, not admin

    Hi,

    i have a situation, where custom e-mails are also attached to the “New order” e-mail that go to admin, i want the e-mails only to go to customer and admin to see the regular e-mail.

    How can i achieve this?

    This is not the default behavior for the plugin. I think this issue may have happened before for other users — please see this thread:

    the topic you linked only says to roll back to the old version?

    Is that what i should do, where can i get the old version?

    Hi @www89ee,

    Wow! That is a lot of WooCommerce plugins!

    My suspicion is it might be the plugin called “Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders” but without having a copy of your exact website installation I’m unable to tell. I would try disabling your plugins one at a time and testing it to see if it works properly.

    If you do find it does conflict with another plugin, please let me know!

    Hi @www89ee,

    Thank you for your update.

    I need to update this plugin to work with the latest version of WooCommerce, which includes re-writing how it adds content into the emails.

    It is possible this next update may make it so your email errors stop happening, but I can’t guarantee that because each install of WordPress will be slightly different.

    I just wanted to provide an update on this issue.
