How do I crate a custom HTML template for all subscribers? They automatically get notified when a new author posts to the blog (posts).

I am also using Co-Authors Plus and Genesis Co-Authors Plus. Not sure how that will impact the answer.

    Thank you in advance!

Just put the appropriate HTML tags into the notification template with sone inline CSS or Ids and Classes defined if you are attaching a CSS file. Make sure to use the Preview button as that sends example emails based on the most recent post to the currently logged in user.

Thank you for you input, Mattyrob

I guess what I’m really looking for is the name of the file to edit. Not sure exactly where to add the html.

We want to be sure that all e-mail notifications from the WordPress website look “pretty”. I have the html ready to add.

    Thank you!

There is no file, the plugin stores the templates in the database and allows you to edit them in the Subscribe2->Settings menu under the Template tab in the WordPress admin area.
