Custom email for new registers issue

    Hi,

    By default my wordpress send the following email to new registers:

    Hi there, Welcome to sitename! Here’s how to log in: Username: username Password: passcodeTo login to your account, visit the following address: link If you have any problems, please contact the admin email. Thank you!

    This is not the same email WP Custom email show me to modify. Even though I changed the one that but still wordpress send the default email.

    Please help me to solve this.

    Hi fouadt7,

    The content of the message you quoted is different from standard message sent from WordPress.

    Do you have the latest version of WordPress?
    Are you using any other plugins that can change the content of the email (e.g. WooCommerce)?
