    I’m only using the custom email piece of booster. Starting a few days ago, the custom email is sending BLANK where the shortcodes go. If I resend the notification from the order, it sends correctly with the shortcodes filled in. Why aren’t the shortcodes populating the data when it sends the first time?

  • Similar problem for me. Custom Order Emails under 7.1.2 are no longer showing the contents of shortcode fields such as [wcj_order_number], [wcj_order_date], [wcj_order_billing_address] etc. HELP please?

    If possible can you please share screenshots of your configuration settings and screenshots of your issue? So, we can check and help you.

    Hallo David. I’ve now rolled back to v 7.1.1 and the issue has resolved. So – it’s definitely a 7.1.2 problem of shortcodes not showing on custom emails
