Custom Emails Sending Same Email to All Customers

  • Hi,
    I’ve just sent a load of orders off that were placed on my website.
    The site is set to send a personalised email with their order details when their order changes from ‘Processing’ to ‘Complete’.
    This time, ALL the customers received the same Email with the WRONG personalisation and WRONG order details. They all received the same email.
    What’s happening? Any ideas?
