Although a custom email template has been created and is visible in the admin screen, the customized template is not used. Only the default template delivered with the plugin is used.

Hi @josiah-s-carberry, in order to override template, add your template file to “Your theme”/dc-woodle/emails/”template file name”.

Well now, that works. Thank you for this.
But now you have to fix the documentation and the admin page that tell the user to put the customized template in a different place!

Do the instructions for the plain version of the email still work? Should the customized plain template go in “Your theme”/dc-woodle/emails/plain/”template file name”?

    We will fix the documentation.

Yes, this is the correct template file, so just follow the instruction there.
