Custom Events

Custom Audiences working well. Custom events. ( URL of acknowledgement form) the pixel code is there with the parameters but nothing is showing up in ads manager, business manager etc as a custom conversion.

The custom audiences created in Piex Caffeine are showing up in my audiences and really works well but custom events are not I think I am missing something here.
