Custom Field added – “0” in breadcrumb

After adding an svg to a page, it now displays a ‘0’ by way of a new custom field “inline_featured_image”. Tried deleting it, but it comes back like a mole… The 0 shows up as a second line under my ‘breadcrumb’ page title. I’d like help getting rid of that.
