Custom Field deleted but still displaying

Hello, I’ve deleted all the Classified Listing example custom fields and have created a new custom field that I would like to display in the classified listing form.

When I select the options to display the new Custom Field the custom field value and label is displayed, BUT there is also a field value and label that is displayed which I did not create.

I suspect this custom field is a remnant of one of the old custom fields that were deleted and resides somewhere in the DB. Please let me know how to deleted this old field, as I cannot display the new field without the old one displaying?
