Custom Field Filtering Questions

Hi there! I am using the 7-day trial of your Premium plugin to make sure that it will work for my needs. So far it’s going really well, but I have a few questions.
I am using all “Custom Fields” rather than “tags” or “categories” because I need to be able to put a product in multiple categories (can’t do that with categories) and because I want a heading over each group of tags (can’t do that with Tags/Tag Groups).
1. The count that displays next to each custom is accurate when the page first loads, but after clicking any filters, the counts are inaccurate. A lot of them display “(0)” but when you click on them, there are results. Can you help?
2. Can I reorder the tags within a Custom Field Group? They display alphabetically but I need to be able to order by most products to least products.
3. Can I reorder the order of the Custom Fields? For example, right now I have “Event Type” and then “Color” but my client would like “Color to display first”. I know you can reorder between Categories/Custom Fields/Tags/Product search but I didn’t see a way to reorder between Custom Fields.
