custom field groups

Hi,

I added the custom fields for groups and in property edit admin they are showing correctly.
how can i retreive the custom field groups in property.php, i want to customize the display of the custom fields. i already copied the property.php in my theme folder and using it.

how can i retrieve the custom field groups in property.php page?
