Custom field in Actions after Submission

    Hi,

    I wanted to ask if is it possilbe to add custom filed in fomrs. I have ID for every user different to wordpess id. MyID is in mysql. There are fields like
    SubmissionsID, Emil, ID, username.

    I would like to have there my own field. MyID. is it possible? Thank you for any advice
