Custom Field not working on permastructure

Hi, I have created a new custom field for a custom post type, on permalink structure section I added %__customfieldname% as suggested in this article: https://permalinkmanager.pro/docs/tutorials/how-to-use-custom-fields-inside-wordpress-permalinks/
But it’s not working.

Unfortunately, this feature is available only in paid version of plugin. It is mentioned in the very beginning of the article:
