Custom Field positioning

Thank you for the very user-friendly plugin. I need to position a newly created custom field below the company name. I read some of your answers referring to registering it via functions.php, ie https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/third-address-field/
Unfortunately, this is not working. How can I make billing_iva show up under billing_company?
