    Hi,

    I’m actually testing your plugin and it seems to work very well. I’m interested by the Pro version but I have a question regarding custom field. Is it possible to add a read-only field the user can see and only admin or agent can fill. The purpose of this, I want to add a custom field to track time spent to resolve the ticket. User can see how many time will be charged but cannot modify it. Only agent or admin can modify it.

    Thank you for your interest in this plugin.
    Regarding your question, it is not possible to have hidden field.

    The purpose you are asking is in my development path but will take some time to available.

    Is it possible to get list of ticket programmatically by user? Maybe I can try to create a plugin base on your ticket list to manage spent time.

    Hi,

    Yes, you can get that using database tables with the reference how this plugin accesses ticket list.
    I’ll give you file names which would help in this case.
