Custom field read-only for user

Hi,
I’m actually testing your plugin and it seems to work very well. I’m interested by the Pro version but I have a question regarding custom field. Is it possible to add a read-only field the user can see and only admin or agent can fill. The purpose of this, I want to add a custom field to track time spent to resolve the ticket. User can see how many time will be charged but cannot modify it. Only agent or admin can modify it.
