Custom Field Template and images

    After spending two days of looking around the forum and following links I have managed to get the CFT plugin working, great plugin, just not that well documented.

    My query is;
    I have managed to create an image upload field and get it to show in the page. How do I get to manipulate the alt/title tags for the image.
    Currently the title = image name. Even if I change the info through the media manager, I can only amend the title not the alt tag.
    Is this possible through the CFT, if so, how?
