Custom Field Template broken following a WordPress Update

    HI!
    Thank you for developing such a useful plugin.
    Prior to update 4.1.1 the plugin was working fine.
    I had 6 custom fields.
    Since this update:
    – I lost my templates.
    – I lost the hability to display with shortcode new template
    – I am unable to pull data of my old custom fields.

    I reinstalled 4.1.1 and created a new .htaccess. This did not solve the issue. Any advise? I have 16,000 post that I need to put back online.
