Custom Field Template losing multiple values when updating

    I’m using Custom Field Template 1.4.8.
    After upgrading to this version, when udating a record I lose all multiple values. So if a record has multiple values for the field “author”, after updating another custom field of that record, all “author” values have gone and have to be re-entered. They can then be saved without a problem. This brings a lot of extra work, as I am maintaining and actualising a bibliography.
    Is this a known problem? And would anyone have a copy of version 1.4.7?
