Custom field to only appear for certain post categories

  • Ive been wanting to add some custom fields to my pages & post write panels and I cam across some brilliant code written by Steve Taylor.

    If you scroll down to “The Full Code” I pasted this into my function file and VIOLA it worked 1st time!!

    Now what I’m really hoping someone could help me with is this…I want to be able to “select” which fields appear for certain categorize. Right now steves code has all the fields appearing for every post, regardless to which category the post is in, make sense?
