No.
With the method listed above you can insert anywhere you want.

Simply use p as HTML element, set insertion to Server-side (you need to enable Output bufferring first) and then you can use Filter to define paragraph numbers.

I’m trying to do a test, but I had doubts when configuring the filter.

No. You are using Insertion before/after HTML element so there are only configured HTML elements which are counted. You need to use auto counter. Set Filter insertions to the wanted paragraph number(s). They might be shifted as all the p elemets are counted, not only those in the post content. Once this works you can refine the settings.

Paragrahs are counted only when processing the content via the_content filter.

I ended up not returning here, but I managed to make it work using these tips you gave me, but now the ad is no longer appearing.
Using the html selector, I left it set to appear after the first paragraph of the post, but it’s not showing anymore.

Your selector is WAY too long and wrong for server-side insertion – pseudo selectors can’t be used:

Use client-side insertion and try to shorten the selector as much as possible.
