    Hello AwesomeSupport!

    I am going to use i’m using formidable pro to create tickets on the front end. But i have a question on how to get the different fields for the tickets… Can you guys point me in the right direction on how i can get access to all the custom fields to the ticket posts? thank you =)

    Hi:

    We don’t have any direct integration with Formidable Pro. The only way you can create a ticket from a Formidable pro form is to email it and have it processed by our Email Support add-on. But even then you would have to write some custom code to parse any custom fields data from the body of the mail you send. We do have a Gravity Forms integration add-on though.

    If you want to write an integration with Formidable Pro you can start with our add-on template located on Github.
