    I have a WooCommerce store with translated products, the original language is Spanish and the secondary language is English. When I purchase a product with the English translation, the order appears with the custom field es_ES.
    How can I modify that data?

    Thank you for reaching us!

    Usually when this happens means that user has in his profile (WordPress Users -> The user profile) the preferrated language set up to that language.

    See if you change it to English for example if the issue disappear.
