    Hi,
I have just updated WP User Manager to 2.0.2 and upgraded the database, as well as updated another add-on (Recaptcha, to version 2.0.1), which works but I can’t activate Custom Fields add-on (version 1.1.4) or the website goes down completely. As of right now I’ve gotten it back up by deactivating this add-on but it’s not durable this way.

Here are the error messages I get:
    – all admin pages, with only WPUM and Recaptcha add-on activated: “Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /***/www/cfrt-sites/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/actions.php on line 96”
    – all pages, front and back, as soon as I activate “Custom Fields” add-on: “Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wpum_get_field_types() in /***/www/cfrt-sites/wp-content/plugins/wpum-custom-fields/includes/class-wpumcf-new-fields-editor.php:85” (plus a whole stack trace, do you need it?)

It’s a multisite but it’s only activated on one of the network sites.

    Can you help?
    What more would you need?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Hi @pouipouidesign,

The custom fields addon has been updated too, see https://wpusermanager.com/wpum-2-0-0-release/ – you need to login onto wpusermanager.com and download the updated addon.

If you have any issues with the addon, support for addons is provided through here only https://wpusermanager.com/support/open-support-ticket/ as we can’t provide support for premium products through www.ads-software.com

    Hi @alessandrotesoro,
Thanks. I’m replacing the previous web development team on this website and had not been told they had purchased licenses, nor have I been given said licenses. I will have to buy new ones then.
Question: I have 3 instances of the website: a local one, a staging one and a production/official one… do I have to buy 3 keys too??
    Thanks!
    Marie

PS, I read in the documentation: “To enable updates, login to your WordPress dashboard where you’ve installed the addon and then go in Tools -> WPUM Licenses” and enter the license for the addon that you have purchased”.
I do not have that menu… Will it appear once I’ve purchased and installed the new version of the add-on?
    Thanks again!

The license panel under the “tools” menu, is only available within the newest addons.

A single license is fine but you won’t be able to enable it on all 3 sites. The addon still works without a license, the license is needed for support and updates, so you can just enable the license on the live version of the site.

If you have any further questions about the licenses or addons please send an email to hello[at]wpusermanger.com as we are not allowed to discuss premium products on www.ads-software.com
