    I’ve added couple of custom fields to a variable product. It’s showing up in the product page, cart, checkout and i am able to order the product. But the custom fields are not showing up in the orders page or in the email.

    But the custom fields are visible in the admin orders page.

    I already have this check box checked. “Show in Order If unchecked, It will add ‘_’ for all field labels after checkout, then it will be hidden from order details, email and invoice as well.”

    I would appreciate some help from the developer.

    Am experiencing the same issues. Custom fields (gift card messages) not showing up in orders and emails as well. Yes, some help or advice from the developer would be appreciated. Thanks
