Custom Fields crashes Caldera forms

  • The problem occurs in the administration, so I see no reason to post the url.

    I have installed and configured the following plugins:
    Caldera Forms 1.5.8.2
    Caldera Custom Fields 2.2.1
    Advanced Custom Fields 4.4.12

    After installation everything worked and I could configure the forms and extra fields.
    Today when I log in I can no longer access the Caldera Forms administration page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=caldera-forms
    I get a 504 gateway time-out from nginx

    If I deactivate Caldera Custom Fields, it works again.

    In the proxy log I get this:
    [error] 3812#0: *2839126 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream

    In the apache error log there is nothing.

    Do anyone know, is there an older version that works or is it wordpress that needs to be downgraded to an older version for this plugin to work?
