Custom fields do not display in the Add New User form, even though I checked it

    Hello,

    I noticed that the custom fields do not display in the Add New User form, even though I checked it. When I click Save Changed, the box gets unchecked. It will not save the option to have the custom fields be displayed on the Add New User page.
