Custom Fields Don’t Save

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to create a custom feed for a website with about 100 products. When I map out the custom field and then press save, then look at the feed, nothing saves except Product ID and description. All otheer changes I added are gone. I’ve tried a few times with the same issue.

    Any idea why this might be happening?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you seem to experience issues with it.

    A few months back this was actually a bug in the plugin and solved. I assume you are on the latest version of the plugin (version 3.3.5)? If so this should no longer happen.

    Hi Eva,

    Yes it’s the new version, we just installed it a few days ago ??

    Any other ideas what we could do to get around this?

    Hi,
    I encountered the same issue.
    I have just created a custom feed without problem, but when I create a second one mapping fields, when I hit save and then come back, just last field I created is mapped.
    I use last versione available.

    Same issue… Only the last created field is saved. It is SUPER annoying ??

    Please do not post comments in issues that have the status “resolved” but create a separate new issue, according to WP guidelines.

    This will also make it easier for use to follow-up and keep track on open issues.
