Custom Fields? How to make a form?

    Hello,

    I thought maybe the custom fields would allow me to create a form on a Page I am creating on my blog but I thought wrong. Can anyone explain what the custom fields is all about?

    Also, can someone give me some insight on how to create a form on one of my pages. I am not versed at all in php so keep that in mind.
