Custom Fields Image/ Video Uploader Won't work

Just upgraded to 3.0.1 from 2.9
– Can only add 1 custom field in the posts section then I try to ad more then it just reloads.
– Image loader now takes me to its own page instead of a litebox.
Anyone with queries on these small items I need cleared up. Google couldn’t help.
