Custom Fields in free version of Webba

    Webba Booking (fee version) is working well for our small community group (Repair Cafe) and I am pretty familiar with CF7 which I have used on several other websites. I now need to add a couple of custom fields to my booking form.

    I am using the examples in the documentation and everything seems to work fine except that the data entered in the custom field in my cf7 booking form does not appear anywhere in Webba. So my questions are:

    1. Is the Unlimited Custom Fields feature available in the free version?
    2. Should I expect the custom field data to appear in the Webba appointments listing?
    3. Is the custom field created automatically in Webba when the cf7 form is processed or do I need to add it to the database manually? If so, how?

    I am plugging away at this but feel as though I am missing some vital point.

    Any helpful suggestions appreciated…

    I’ll be happy to help you.

    There is no limits for custom fields in the free version of Webba. To show custom fields in a separate column of the Appointments page please open the Backend interface tab of the Webba settings page and set the option Custom field columns. In this option needs to be comma-separated list of field IDs (taken from CF7 form)

    To add custom field value in the email notification, please use the following placeholder: #field_id (replace id with the actual field ID)

    If it will not work for some reason, please send me the content of your custom form here, so I can check what is wrong.
