Custom fields in result

Hi There,

I’m looking for a solution about the results.
What i want to do is i have a customfield price per kg and price per gram and price per liter.

Now i want this in the result is this possible with a hook, cause i have find the part where i can change it but than i have problems after the plugin updates.
