I’ve read about several users having a similar issue, and it was recommended to disable Ajax for adding products to the cart, as it might cause problems with the plugin. I’ve already done this, but it still doesn’t work. I need the fields the user fills out on the product page to be visible in the cart and in the order details, as I’m using them to personalize the final product.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rafatolw03

    Thank you for your message.

This problem may be related to other plugins, theme used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins which are not our or WooCommerce.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?deleting the cache, and check if the problem still exists.

If yes, please?test the?plugin?again, but now using Storefront – the official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

Such testing on a “live” store is not the best idea. It’s better to do it on a copy, which you can prepare with WP Staging. It’s a free and simple plug-in – with it you will prepare a copy with a few clicks.

Please let me know about the result.

    Best Regards,

Hi! I followed all the steps you mentioned and discovered that, despite deactivating the native AJAX functionality in the theme, another plugin was also creating AJAX add-to-cart actions. This was the reason the details weren’t showing in the cart. Thanks—the issue has been solved now!
