    When I configure “Custom Fields” in Jetpack CRM settings they appear in all “Viewing Contact” pages custom fields tabs – or any other place that they are supposed to. But custom fields for Companies (or as configured Organisations) they do not appear. There is a message on screen: “No custom fields have been set up yet. Click here to manage custom fields” However following the link displays the custom fields in settings as I have configured. If I edit the Company (or Organisation) I can enter data in the custom fields and the data is saved so I can see it when retuning to the record.

    This is only mildly annoying, but obviously isn’t working quite as expected. Any ideas where I would start looking for a solution?

  • Our developers are aware of this bug. I’m afraid we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this will be fixed, but we can certainly let you know once we have an update.

    Just as long as I know that it’s not me missing something obvious.. It doesn’t worry me unduly.
    I’ll wait patiently for the update!

    This bug has not yet been resolved (even though this thread IS marked “Resolved.” Our installation hosted on IONOS shared hosting and Company custom fields are not importing yet.

    Noticed that the company custom fields data displays when

      editing

    the company record. It’s just not displayed when

      viewing

    the company record “Custom Fields” tab.

    Also noticed that “Country” is not available on the Company edit screen.
